Dual Shark-Tooth Interception for Zero Hair Entanglement
The working principle of a floor-washing machine is to drive the roller brush to rotate at high speed through a motor, combined with a clean water circulation and dirty water recovery system, to clean the floor. Hair cleaning is one of its high-frequency use scenarios, which also makes hair entanglement around the roller brush the most commonly encountered problem. In response, many floor-washing machines come with additional cutting tools, allowing users to manually clean the hair entangled on the roller brush regularly.

To address this pain point, the Stone floor-washing machine A30 Pro adopts a dual shark-tooth structure composed of dense shark-tooth scraper blades and constant-pressure straight scraper blades. This design blocks hair at the 1/4 position of the roller brush, preventing hair entanglement from the source and achieving zero hair entanglement.

These shark-tooth scraper blades are made of yellow polymeric material, with each individual blade measuring just 3mm in length and featuring a sharp 30-degree angle, perfectly capable of reaching deep into and clinging tightly to the roots of the bristles. For those short hairs and lint that may slip through the gaps between the shark-tooth scraper blades, the second line of defense, the constant-pressure straight scraper blade, takes care of these “escaped fish,” leaving no remnants and completely solving the problem of hair entanglement. Stone’s technology has obtained the SGS Anti-Tangling Certification from an internationally authoritative testing institution. Here, I directly wrap lint and hair around the roller brush for testing.
