Huawei’s HarmonyOS NEXT system supports an app cloning feature, allowing up to 5 clones of the same app.
On October 5th, during the Huawei Autumn Full-Scenario New Product Launch Event held on September 24th, Huawei officially announced that the public beta testing of its HarmonyOS NEXT system will commence on October 8th, with the first batch of compatible devices including the Mate 60/X5 series smartphones and the MatePad Pro 13.2-inch series tablets.
Huawei’s HarmonyOS NEXT system supports an app cloning feature. According to actual tests, the system can open up to 6 instances of the same app, each of which can be used independently.
The app cloning feature of HarmonyOS NEXT allows for up to 5 clones of a single app. Excess cloned apps can be deleted by tapping on them or uninstalled from the desktop.
